Holiday Party Shopping: Compound Holiday Bazaar Downtown Sunday

The holiday shopping parties are revving up around the city, filled with promises of merriment and good deals. And though holly is great and all, it's clear that retailers are hoping you'll deck the halls with new merch. We'll let you know about those of interest, and even if your pocketbook is not exactly overflowing, you can at least grab some spiked punch along the way.

Sunday, December 14 from 11am-7pm, indie designers, boutiques, and artisans will be taking up 10,000-square-feet of space Downtown at 112 Llewellyn Street for the first Compound Holiday Bazaar. With lots of parking to facilitate the shopping, expect amazing fashion to crafty gifts, plus DJs and bands.

Participating shops include Sirens & Sailors, Una Mae's, Flock Shop and The Circle; designers including Jared Gold, Kime Buzzelli, Kucoon, Smoke & Mirrors, Grey Ant, Baltazar and more. It's a great list of local creatives and bound to be fun. [RackedWire]
