Mid-market women's apparel boutique Threads has shuttered at 7952 West 3rd Street. It originally was located in that odd space within Toast (which is now occupied by Veronica M.). There's no 'For Lease' sign, but the place is empty—naked mannequins, no merch.
It seemed like the block was burgeoning for a while there with four boutiques in a row—Danmark, Pixie Market, Magenta, and then Threads. All have closed shop, except Pixie Market, which we hear from the boutique continues to do particularly well with online sales in this tough economy. [RackedWire]
