As we covered live earlier today, H&M at the 3rd Street Promenade is officially open for business, after an orderly debut at noon today. Above is a clearer pictorial than our earlier cell phone images to give you a bit better visual story. Once again, this particular H&M is going to have extended Black Friday hours from 6am, Friday November 28 to midnight on Saturday, November 29. Also, spend $50 or more between 6am-10am on November 28 and get a 20% discount on their entire purchase.
