The iconic doll with the insane waist-to-hip ratio has popped up at Fred Segal Santa Monica, and is getting the full designer treatment. LAT reports the 300-square-foot space features "accessory collaborations by Patricia Field and Tarina Tarantino, plus dolls outfitted by designers such as Diane von Furstenberg and Anna Sui." A Tarina Tarantino offering is shown left.

Prices range from $28 Mighty Fine tees to a "$4,800 Layna and Alan Friedman white topaz and diamond pendant necklace surrounded by Barbie butterflies," but with lots in between which makes it a good gifts destination for Barbie fans.

The paper highlights a slew of options, including Field's accessories line which "looks expensive, but the pieces are affordable"—a tapestry wallet is $40, while a faux-croc tote with Barbie silhouette runs $110. Pop-up is opened Mon-Sat 10am-7pm and Sun noon-6pm.
