Word is Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have eloped to Mexico. From Perez Hilton via The Cut: "No word on if cameras were there. But if they weren't, does that mean we won't be subjected to a spinoff about their lives as newlyweds?" Though, it seems nearly impossible that Speidi would do anything so big without having multiple lenses pointed their way.
