Heroes star and face of Dooney & Burke Hayden Panettiere has lent her name and design acumen to the accessories label with the Hayden Clutch, avail locally at Dooney & Burke shops at Century City and South Coast Plaza beginning December 1 and continuing through the month.

Retailing for $295, the gold-trimmed Italian calfskin clutch comes in royal blue, red, black, white, hot pink and purple, per the release, and is marked by a 24kt-plated lion head closure, "inspired by her astrological sign, Leo." You can't see it, but apparently there's also an outside back pocket. We like the pouchy shape and the saturated hues, but mostly it's making us nostalgic for Anne Klein's roaring lion's head accessories from the '80s. [RackedWire]
