After word circulated that Jessica Biel would be designing a handbag line for beau Justin Timberlake's label William Rast, we find out it's a no-go. Off the Rack reports: "a rep from William Rast confirms to PEOPLE that it is not true that Jessica will be designing handbags for boyfriend Justin Timberlake’s denim line. Repeat, she will not be designing for William Rast." [Off the Rack/People]
