Downtown boutique Apartment 3 will be hosting a monthly one-night-only pop-up shop at the Roosevelt's Tropicana bar and pool, starting this Thursday, November 20, around 9pm-ish till close. The first designer in the line-up is Maxine Dillon, fresh off Gen Art's Fresh Faces in Fashion, and a fab collab with Cheek-ie accessories.
