From our Racked correspondent, we hear of home decor and accessories shop Tart's new hue and a boutique moving in next door: "Tart got a makeover! The formerly taupe-ish boutique switched to a super bright blue, and its new neighbor Kill City (under construction) went for a deep and dark blue. Tried getting the skinny on Kill City but no one was inside." We've got an email into the men's and women's label of the same name, but haven't heard back whether this is in fact its store.
