In part, we really wanted to post this adorable knit bat, but we also wanted to let you know that The Little Knittery will begin extending its hours beginning November 1 to Wed-Sat noon-7pm and Sun noon-5pm. Upcoming classes include (you guessed it!) Crocheted Bat, Cabled Handwarmers, Crocheted Granny Square, Mistakes Class (how to fix), Magic Loop Class, and Knit Beret. Prices range from $25-$50 and do not include the cost of materials, but you do get 15% off anything purchased for the class. The new yarns sound lovely: cashmere blends, fair trade organics and hand-painted merinos. [RackedWire]
