Bi-coastal handbag designer Rebecca Minkoff previewed her spring '09 last week at Beckley Boutique last week, a "rock 'n' roll"-inspired collection with "gold circle-shaped studs, chunky hardware and even neon trim on a few shapes," per All the Rage. Minkoff's fall line is in-store now at the boutique, and we also find out that the designer, who hails from San Diego, might be leaving her stamp in a more permanent way on this coast: "With her bag business being such a hit, especially among West Coast women, Minkoff has her sights set on growing her line and may open an L.A. store by sometime next year."
