Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Beckley boutique, which opened on Melrose in May, featuring labels such as VPL, Laila Azhar, Zac Posen and Azzaro, incorporates natural and nature-inspired elements inside and out with a tangle of foliage climbing its exterior and over-sized insects inside. Giant grasshoppers, dragonflies and other critters hold court in the storefront amidst giant leafy metallic shrubs and accessories. The bugs are thankfully painted silver, baby blue and green, which makes them less creepy crawler and more fantasy. [RackedWire]
