Starting today, DSTLD, the previously online-only, LA-based denim brand with jeans starting at $65, will be selling product out of its first ever Pop-Up shop, called DNM Bar: LA.
Located in West Hollywood, the store will carry 22 women's styles, including ripped, high waist and "athleisure" pieces. Men's styles include their newly launched line of Japanese milled raw denim in a slim, straight and cigarette fit.
The airy space was designed to look edgy and industrial, with antique sewing machines displayed on a large metal table, anchoring rows of jeans suspended from refurbished pipes.
Local artist Samantha Greenfeld created a "denim statue" that's positioned at the store's entrance and DSTLD's head designer, Anh Vu curated the shop's stock. To round out the experience, a DJ will be spinning music for customers to shop to.
"It's a great way for us to build brand awareness and test selling at the retail level," Said DSTLD co-founders Corey Epstein and Mark Lynn of the pop-up space.
DNM Bar: LA is slated to remain open until the winter holidays, with new stock, washes and styles arriving throughout the duration. Appointments for one-on-one consultations are accepted, but not necessary.
To book an appointment, please visit dstldjeans.com or contact popup@dstld.la.
DNM Bar: LA is open Monday though Saturday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
