Gap is clearly on a mission to popularize its Gap Factory outlet branch. Just a few months after revealing its bargain-friendly sister store's first-ever global marketing campaign with celeb stylist George Kotsiopoulos, the mainstream retailer has just announced its plans to open a new outlet in Downtown.
DTLA Rising reports that the 8,500-square-foot space will be located at 737 South Broadway, not too far from that crazy-stylish Ace Hotel. Although we don't have an official opening date, job listing site Glassdoor notes that Gap is already looking for a general manager.
As for merch pricing, discounts will be generous and complemented by additional markdowns, just like the other Gap Factory stores in Burbank, Citadel and across the country. Are you into this opening?
