Earlier this year, celeb trainer Jennifer Yates revealed she was opening her own studio in Pasadena. Well, LA can finally experience "Pilates on crack," aka the Lagree Fitness Method, at Yates' Studio Metamorphosis starting next Wednesday.
Boasting ultra-high ceilings, bright white walls and a clean and modern aesthetic (natural woods, glass and concrete), the 2,800-square-foot space houses twelve M3 Megaformer machines (sounds intense, no?) and a separate indoor cycling room stocked with 30 stationary bikes. As far as amenities, fitness fiends can enjoy free parking (!) and towel service, lockers equipped with cell phone charging stations (!!), and a women's blow dry area stocked with beauty products (!!!), plus post-workout fuel like cold-pressed juices and Zen Monkey yogurt.
But wait, there's more! The studio's also offering gratis community classes—this means you can burn up to 800 calories for free—during their first week.
From March 19th to March 23rd, new students can enjoy up to three free 45-minute sweat seshes (single classes are usually $26). Want in? Learn more about Studio Metamorphosis' intense workouts here and sign up online here.
