Is philanthropy Lauren Conrad's next big venture? Following the debut of her new eco-friendly travel, beauty and shopping accessories with BlueAvocado, the reality star-turned-designer has now teamed up with Susan G. Komen Los Angeles County to host their 2nd annual "Designs for the Cure" gala on October 13.
Per the release, Conrad has volunteered to dress breast cancer survivors in her Paper Crown clothing line, which they'll wear in a fashion show during the event. This will be the former Hills protagonist's first time hosting an event of this kind solo, so we're curious to see how she handles not having her bestie Lo Bosworth by her side.
The gala is set to take place at the Millenium Biltmore hotel in DTLA; tickets are $250/person and can be purchased here.
