Just to peruse Silica Three's website is enough to make mid-century modern furniture fans salivate. We finally went to checkout its warehouse in North Hollywood, which has begun to open regularly on Saturdays from 10am-4pm. It's 5,000-square-feet of credenzas, chairs, sofas, desks, tables of all sizes, even ceramics and these really gorgeous built-ins. Credenzas we looked at ranged from $1,100-$1,600 which seemed about right, but a couch, in good but not fantastic condition, seemed overly priced at $2,200. Overall, the merch is pretty outstanding and there's a lot of it. Be prepared for some mild sticker-shock, but most of these pieces you'll have forever and are not out of range for market value.
