Just opened two days ago on Wilshire Boulevard, two block east of Robertson, M. Stivali carries shoe collections "hand-made in the tanneries of Italy where hand finishing is the norm," per owner Malaika Paul. Count in labels Le Silla, Gianmarco Lorenzi, Nadia Neri and exclusively Piero Lunardi for spring, and for fall, Casadei, Luciano Padovan, and Roberto Cavalli. Also next season, the lush shop will add handbags and Italian-made M. Stivali collection to the roster. The shop planning monthly courtyard art exhibits featuring local artists and Friday night shoe parties. It all sounds very oohlala, and we mean that in the best way. Through April 27, the boutique is hosting a shoe drive to benefit Sole4Soles Inc., which gets footwear globally to those who need them—you bring in gently worn shoes and get a 20% discount in-store.
