As if the West Hollywood Design District (and slightly beyond) wasn't cool enough, this Saturday, the Make March Matter campaign is taking over the stylish 8000 block of Melrose Avenue by enlisting retailers for a block party to benefit Children's Hospital LA. The goal is to raise $1 million in support of critical, life-saving care and health needs for kids in LA (CHLA currently treats more than 111,000 patients across the city).
Over 11 eateries, shops, and fitness spots will be offering in-store discounts and donations to CHLA, including Alfred Coffee & Kitchen, Au Fudge, Alice & Olivia, Cycle House, Glamboutique, L'Agence, Mauro's Cafe Fred Segal, Rag & Bone, Society Salon, Theory, and Y7 Studio. Hit up the Make March Matter website to learn more about how each store is helping and what you can do to support the cause—including buying that blazer you've been eyeing at Theory, or finally taking that Cycle House class.
Since you have to Insta or it didn't happen, make sure to snap a pic at any of the participating boutiques and include the tag #MakeMarchMatter to rally community support and send good vibes.
