Following openings in Beverly Hills, Costa Mesa, and at Beverly Center, and a pop-up at DTLA's Austere, H&M's sister brand Cos is set to take over the Downtown's historic Olympic Theatre on 8th street.
Neighborhood blog DTLA Rising reports that 9,835-square-foot space will spend tons of money on revitalizing the space (a la Urban Outfitters at Rialto), and they'll be relighting the iconic Olympic sign. No word yet on official opening date, but the listing agent behind the deal Brigham Yen exclusively tells us that the debut will happen "in about a year."
