Now that we've miraculously sailed through winter and will soon be creeping up on summer, it's a good time to revisit any coastal-minded staycation itineraries. Joining OC shopping destination Fashion Island is Swimspot, which debuted its largest U.S. store earlier this month at the swim-happy Newport Beach center.
Located kitty-corner from Macy's in Traditional Jewelers's old space (they relocated last summer), the Tustin-based retailer's approximately 4,000-square-foot flagship stocks swimwear and beach apparel by Ella Moss, Splendid, Nautica, Luxe by Lisa Vogel, Basta Surf, and other brands. In addition, the store plans on offering shop-in-shops featuring more swimwear labels.
Swimspot Fashion Island is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 9pm, Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
