Now that athleisure has a permanent place in LA wardrobes, it makes sense that local basics brands are launching sweat-ready spinoffs. Celeb-faved luxe label Lanston—whose famous fans include Jessica Alba, Em Ratajkowski, and Gigi Hadid—is bringing its cool-girl twist to activewear with its new line, Sport.
Designer Krisabelle Ann Tan (who's also behind cult-fave brands Krisa and Three Eight Two) reveals that her edgy-luxe workoutwear collection is "an organic expansion of the line. We were always catching celebs wearing our tops as activewear so it just seemed natural to go in that direction, especially since [...] our parent company has worked with Nike producing professional athletes jerseys and warm ups."
Priced from $66 to $165, the debut range features mesh sweaters, sports bras, leggings, jackets, and more perspiration-ready pieces that wick sweat in under three seconds. The model-off-duty-inspired line was also put to the test by pro athletes and trainers, ensuring that every piece is as functional as it is fashionable.
