From Absolutely Fabulous to totally offensive, our city is filled with stores showcasing inventive window displays. The latest is Sawtelle indie shop Black Market, who just rolled out a tribute to the longest-running scripted show in television history.
"When Joyrich launched their Bart Simpson line, it was only natural for us to create a window to showcase all the fun and whimsical products in our store," Black Market buyer Alison Silvia explains. "And we've had a lot of success with popular toy company Kidrobot's Simpson collaboration products. Also, Simpsons creator Matt Groening is one of our customers! He even drew us a little Homer Simpson for us to frame."
If you find yourself in West LA's charming Little Osaka nabe, be sure to take a snap of this installation before it's too late.
