One of our favorite shops for stylish kids clothes and home goods is once again spreading its wings. Abbot Kinney lifestyle boutique Firefly recently got a fresh coat of paint—and with it, a new name, Burro, and a beast of a plan to bring its bohemian Goop-worthy merch to the rest of LA.
The idea of the "hard-working, loyal burro pioneering across the desert landscape carrying goods from all over really resonated with me," says founder Erinn Berkson. She's running (trotting?) with the concept and trekking north up the coast to open two more stores at the Malibu Country Mart (opening December 15th) and Westlake Village Plaza (opening next February). The re-branded Venice outpost will keep the same "well-styled" Cali-cool inventory, like one-of-a-kind accessories, children's merch, gifts, home decor, art books, stylish stationery, and more "modern treasures."
